摘 要:为了解决纯聚苯乙烯(PS)选区激光烧结(SLS)成型质量较差的问题,制备了PS/ABS复合粉末,在扫描方式XYSTA、扫描间距0.28mm等因素不变的前提下,研究了预热温度、激光功率、扫描速度和单层厚度对PS/ABS烧结件弯曲强度及表面质量的影响及变化规律,并通过正交试验和方差分析对工艺参数进行了优化选择。结果表明,激光功率对PS/ABS复合粉末烧结件表面质量的影响最大,扫描速度和预热温度居中,单层厚度最小;激光功率对PS/ABS复合粉末烧结件弯曲强度的影响最大,扫描速度和单层厚度居中,预热温度最小;通过综合分析各工艺参数对烧结件表面质量和弯曲强度的分析,得到最优工艺参数组合为预热温度90℃,激光功率35 W,扫描速度1 800mm/s和单层厚度0.22mm;在此工艺参数组合下得到的PS/ABS复合粉末烧结件的表面粗糙度仅为11.03μm,弯曲强度为9.97MPa。In order to solve the poor quality of the pure polystyrene(PS)selective laser sintering(SLS),the PS/ABS composite powder was prepared.Under the condition that the scanning mode XYSTA and scanning interval 0.28 mm and other factors were not changed,the effects of preheating temperature,laser power,scanning speed and monolayer thickness on bending strength and surface quality of PS/ABS sintered parts were studied.Through orthogonal test and variance analysis,the above process parameters were optimized.The results show that the laser power has the greatest influence on the surface quality of PS/ABS composite powder sintered parts,the scanning speed and the preheating temperature are in the middle,the thickness of the layer is the least.The laser power has the greatest influence on the bending strength of the PS/ABS composite powder sintered parts,the scanning speed and the layer thickness are in the middle,and the preheating temperature is the least.By synthetically analyzing the surface quality and bending strength of sintered parts,the optimum process parameters are preheating temperature 90℃,laser power 35 W,scanning speed 1 800 mm/s and monolayer thickness 0.22 mm.The surface roughness of the PS/ABS composite powder sintered by the combination of the process parameters is 11.03μm,and the bending strength is 9.97 MPa.
