摘  要:以低密度聚乙烯(PE–LD)为载体,以丙烯腈–丁二烯–苯乙烯塑料(ABS)为基体,用模压发泡法研究了偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)发泡剂、交联剂过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)用量及发泡温度对于ABS泡沫表观密度和力学性能的影响。结果表明,合适的发泡温度为170℃。相对较优的发泡配方为ABS为100份,PE–LD为16.3份,DCP为0.3份,AC发泡剂为4份,ZnO为2份,硬脂酸为1份,抗氧剂1010为0.1份。能够获得ABS泡沫较低的表观密度为0.47g/cm3,泡孔平均直径约为113μm,泡孔较为均匀、致密。The effect of AC foaming agent,cross-linking agent dicumyl peroxide(DCP)and foaming temperature on apparent density and mechanical properties of a acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(ABS)foam was investigated by mold foaming method with the carrier of a low density polyethylene(PE–LD).The results show that the proper foaming temperature is 170℃.The comparably optimized foaming formula is ABS 100 Phr,PE–LD 16.3 Phr,DCP 0.3 Phr,AC 4 Phr,ZnO 2 Phr,stearic acid 1Phr.The available apparent density of ABS foam is 0.47 g/cm3,with foam cell diameter 113μm.The foam cells are well-distributed and compact.
