摘 要:针对传统冷却水道对于复杂制品难以保证冷却效果的局限性,提出仿血管模型的随形冷却水道的设计,并利用Mold?ow软件对传统冷却水道方案与仿血管模型的随形冷却水道方案的模流分析结果进行对比,结合实例验证仿血管模型的随形冷却水道设计的优化性。实践证明,仿血管模型的冷却水道能够显著减少注射成型的冷却时间,提高注塑制品的质量。In view of the limitation that it was difficult for the traditional cooling channel to guarantee the cooling effect for complex products,the conformal cooling channel based on blood vessel model was proposed.The software Moldflow was used to analyze and compare the mold flow results of the traditional cooling channel and the conformal cooling channel based on blood vessel model.An example was given to verify the optimization of the design of the conformal cooling channel based on the blood vessel model.The practice has proved that the conformal cooling channel based on blood vessel model can significantly reduce the injection cooling time and improve the quality of injected products.
