摘 要:采用人工加速老化试验方法,通过设置碱溶液和去离子水浸泡两组对照试验,分析不同老化时间下碱溶液和去离子水中玻璃纤维增强树脂基复合材料的力学性能的变化,探讨碱溶液中水分子和OH–对玻璃纤维增强树脂基复合材料性能的影响。结果显示,同等老化时间下在碱性溶液中试样的拉伸强度下降较在去离子水中要多,老化63d后在碱性溶液和去离子水中试样拉伸强度分别下降了11.4%和6%;由于碱性溶液中OH–的存在加速了树脂基体的分解、纤维与树脂基体界面的脱粘以及玻璃纤维的腐蚀破坏,导致试样力学性能下降。The artificial accelerated aging test method was used,and two groups of control experiments of alkaline solution and deionized water were set up.The changs of mechanical properties of the glass fiber reinforced resin matrix composites were analysed of alkaline solution and deionized water under different aging time.The influence of water molecules and OH– roots in the alkali solution to glass fiber reinforced resin matrix composites was discussed.The results show that the tensile strength of the composites in alkaline solution decreases more than in deionized water under same aging time.The tensile strength of the sample respectively decrease by 11.4%and 6%in alkaline solution and deionized water.Owing to the presence of OH– ions in the alkaline solution accelerate the decomposition of the resin matrix,the debonding of the fibers-resin matrix interface,the corrosion of the glass fibers and lead to the decreasing of mechanical properties of sample.
