摘  要:通过熔融共混法制备短玻璃纤维增强尼龙10T (PA10T/SGF)复合材料,采用差示扫描量热、扫描电子显微镜、力学性能测试等表征方法对200℃下PA10T/SGF复合材料的热氧老化性能进行研究。结果表明,SGF和PA10T树脂基体之间的粘结作用是影响试样力学性能的重要因素,在高温下长期老化后玻璃纤维和基体之间脱粘现象严重,当老化时间为50d时,试样的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、缺口冲击强度的保持率为63.5%,59.8%和68.2%。结晶性能测试表明,200℃下经热氧老化处理后PA10T/SGF试样的结晶度随老化时间的延长呈现先下降后上升的趋势。Short glass-fiber-reinforced nylon 10T(PA10T/SGF)composites were prepared by melt blending.The thermooxidative aging properties of PA10T/SGF at 200℃were investigated by DSC,SEM,and mechanical tests.The results show that the cohesive action between SGF and PA10T resin matrix is an important factor affecting the mechanical properties of the sample,after long-term aging at high temperature,the debonding between the glass fiber and the matrix is serious,when the aging time is 50 d,the retention of tensile strength,flexural strength and notched impact strength are 63.5%,59.8%and 68.2%espectively.The crystallization performance test shows that in the condition of thermo-oxidative aging at 200℃,the crystallinity of PA10T/SGF sample decreases firstly and then increases with the aging time extension.
