摘 要:选择两种改性聚苯醚商品料(PPE 340Z,PPE 540Z),以高压CO2流体为发泡剂,通过固态发泡技术,制备了PPE微发泡材料,研究了树脂结构、发泡温度对微发泡材料泡孔形态、膨胀倍率的影响规律,探讨了微发泡结构、发泡倍率对PPE微发泡材料阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,两种商品料PPE树脂阻燃等级为UL 94 V–0级,相对于PPE540Z,PPE 340Z树脂在高压CO2流体氛围中表现出较优的膨胀形变,而前者无论发泡与否,均比后者表现出较优的阻燃性能。此外,两种树脂得到的微发泡材料具有优异的抗熔滴行为。Two commercialized PPE resins(PPE 340Z,PPE 540Z)were selected.The PPE microcellular foams were prepared by applying solid state foaming technology using the compressed CO2 fluid as a blowing agent.The effects of resin structure and foaming temperature on the cell morphology and expansion ratio of microcellular foams were investigated.The effects of porous structure and expansion ratio on the flame retardancy of PPE foams were discussed.It is found that two commercialized PPE resins can pass UL 94 V–0 rating.Compared with PPE 540Z,PPE 340Z resin exhibits higher expansion ratio.The former exhibits superior flame retardant performance than the latter before and after foaming.In addition,the as-prepared PPE foams have very good antidripping performance.
