摘  要:采用热重分析法研究了六氟双酚A型聚醚醚酮(PEEK)在氮气气氛中以不同速率升温时的热分解动力学。结果表明,六氟双酚A型PEEK的热分解反应为一级反应,且符合无规引发分解模型;以Kissinger最大失重率法和Ozawa等失重百分率法求得的反应活化能分别是253.02kJ/mol和290.61kJ/mol;频率因子为1.807×1014~8.983×1014min–1;预测在N2中303℃下5%失重的热老化寿命为10 a。The thermal decomposition kinetics of hexafluorobisphenol A polyether ether ketone(PEEK)containing BPAF at different heating rates in nitrogen atmosphere was studied by thermogravimetric analysis.The results show that calculate from the kinetic model based on random initiation is in good agreement with the experimental data and the thermal degradation is found to be first order reaction.The dynamic data has been analysized using Kissinger peak maximum technique,give apparent global activation energy,E is 253.02 kJ/mol.An isoconversional procedure developed by Ozawa is used,and E is 290.61 kJ/mol.The frequency factor A is 1.807×1014 min–1 to 8.983×1014 min–1.It is predicted that the thermal aging life of 5%weight loss at 303℃N2 is 10 a.
