摘 要:pH=5.0溶液中,在十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAMB)作用下,曙红Y-藏红T能发生有效的能量转移,使藏红T荧光增强,亚硝酸盐的加入使藏红T在577 nm处发生荧光猝灭,其荧光猝灭程度与亚硝酸根的含量呈线性关系,由此建立了能量转移荧光测定痕量亚硝酸盐的新方法。亚硝酸根浓度在1.0×10-7~5.0×10-6 mol/L范围内与荧光猝灭程度呈线性响应,方法检出限为8.0×10-9 mol/L。对1.0×10-6 mol/L的亚硝酸根标准溶液进行11次平行测定,RSD为3.5%。将该体系应用于水样中亚硝酸盐的测定,结果满意。In the solution whose pH=5.0,under the action of CTAMB,Eosin Y-Tibetan red T can bring about effe-ctive energy transfer,which enhances the fluorescence of Tibetan red T.The addition of nitrite to Tibetan red T re-sults in fluorescence quenching at 577 nm.The fluorescence quenching degree has a linear relation with the content of nitrite.Therefore,the new method for the determination of trace nitrite by means of energy transfer fluorescence has been established.When nitrite concentration is in the range of 1.0×10-7-5.0×10-6 mol/L,it has linear response with fluorescence quenching degree.The detection limit of this method is 8.0×10-9 mol/L.The 1.0×10-6 mol/L of ni-trite standard solution has been subject to parallel determination 11 times,RSD is 3.5%.The result from applying this system to the determination of nitrite in water samples is satisfactory.
