摘  要:目的通过对OnePlus A5000智能手机原生QWERTY键盘的可用性研究,发现QWERTY键盘在日常中文语境下双手输入产生误操作的原因,并从设计角度提出减少错误发生的策略。方法以智能手机QWERTY键盘的中文双手输入场景为研究环境,从有效、高效、易学、易记、少错和满意度的六大可用性原则出发,排除设备、网络和技术等干扰因素,确定了少错原则是现阶段智能手机键盘值得优化的设计点。通过任务设计、测试执行和数据统计3个环节展开可用性测试。任务设计分为语料准备、测试任务确定、人员招募3个维度,模拟日常环境中用户的输入场景执行测试,汇总实验数据绘制可视化图像并进行分析。结论基于少错原则,对实验中的用户行为和实验数据进行深度分析,在不改变键盘外观的基础上,通过改变键盘实际触控区域面积大小,达到减少误触几率,提高智能手机键盘的输入效率的目的。Through usability research on OnePlus A5000 smartphone’s original QWERTY keyboard,the work aims to find the reason why QWERTY keyboard generates wrong operation in the daily Chinese context,and propose a strategy to reduce the error from design.Based on the QWERTY keyboard in Chinese input as the research object,it analyzed the six usability principles of Effective,Efficient,Easy to Learn,Remember,Fewer Error and Satisfaction,and eliminated interference factors such as equipment,network and technology,and presented the Fewer Error Principle was the design point of current keyboard in optimization.Then the usability test was carried out in three aspects:task design,test execution and data statistics.First,the task design was divided into three dimensions:corpus preparation,test task determination and personnel recruitment.Then,the user's input scene in the daily environment was simulated to perform the test.Finally,the experimental data was summarized and the visualization image was drawn and analyzed.Based on the fewer error principle,the work conducts in-depth analysis of user behavior and test data in the experiment,and changes the size of the actual touch area of the keyboard to reduce the error rate of contact and improve the input efficiency of keyboard,with appearance not changed.
