摘 要:气膜浮环密封结构尺寸小,工作性能稳定,在高温高速等气体密封领域广泛应用。使用FLUENT软件,建立数值分析模型,计算了不同条件下气膜浮环密封的上浮力、泄漏量和实际偏心率等特性参数,通过实测结果验证了数值模型的正确性。研究结果表明:较大偏心率和节流长度能增加浮环的上浮力,过大和过小的操作压力和径向间隙不利于浮环上浮。研究结果为浮环密封结构的优化设计和操作参数的设定提供了一定的参考。Because of small size structure and stable working performance,gas film floating ring seal(GFRS)has been widely used in high-temperature and high-speed gas sealing field.Numerical analysis model was established and characteristic parameters such as buoyant force,leakage rate and actual eccentricity,etc.of the gas film floating ring seal were calculated under different working conditions.And the correctness of the numerical model was verified by the measured results.The results show that the increased eccentricity and throttle length can enhance the buoyant force of the floating ring,but too big or too small operating pressure and radial clearance are not conducive to floating of the floating ring.The research results provide certain reference for optimal design and setting of operating parameters of the floating ring seal structure.
