摘 要:采用试验的方法分别研究了上海市松江区闭式河水源热泵机组制冷工况运行特性和变冷冻水流量和变冷却水流量对系统制冷性能系数和盘管换热量的影响以及河水温度与空气温度的变化。试验结果表明,闭式河水源热泵机组在冷却水流量为2.5 m3/h,冷冻水流量为2.2 m3/h情况下的机组制冷性能系数EER的平均值为3.2,盘管换热量的平均值为11.5 kW,盘管每米长换热量为28 W/m,整个河水源热泵系统的制冷能效比为1.99。在冷冻水流量变小,冷冻水进、出水口的温差变大,系统的COPs增加,冷冻水流量在1.4 m3/h比冷冻水流量在2.2 m3/h的COPs平均值提高了23%。当冷却水流量增加,系统的COPs和盘管换热量都增加,冷却水流量在2.5 m3/h相较于冷却水流量在1.9 m3/h时的系统的COPs平均值和盘管换热量平均值分别增加了7.8%和8.9%。A specific experimental method was employed to study the operation characteristics of a closed-loop surface river source heat pump in cooling mode,the effect of variable chilled water flow and variable cooling water flow on coefficient of cooling performance of the system and heat transfer of helical coil and the variation of the temperature of river and ambient air in Songjiang District,Shanghai.The experimental results show that,at the cooling water flow rate of 2.5 m3/h and the chilled water flow rate of 2.2 m3/h,the average value of EER of the closed-loop surface river source heat pump unit was 3.2,the average value of heat transfer capacity of helical coil was 11.5 kW,the heat transfer capacity per meter of helical coil was 28 W/m,and the cooling EER of the whole river source heat pump system was 1.99.When the chilled water flow decreased and the temperature difference between chilled water inlet and outlet increased,COPs of the heat pump system rose,the average value of COPs of the system at the chilled water flow of 1.4 m3/h increased by 23%compared with the chilled water flow of 2.2 m3/h.When the cooling water flow increased,both COPs of the heat pump system and the heat transfer capacity of helical coil of the system rose.The average value of COPs of the heat pump system and the heat transfer capacity of helical coil at the cooling water flow of 2.5 m3/h increased by 7.8%and 8.9%,respectively compared with the cooling water flow of 1.9 m3/h.
