摘 要:主要分析了2种配比的R1234ze/R32混合工质与R410A在不同工况条件下对空气源热泵热水器的运行性能研究;首先使用NIST软件进行了混合工质与纯工质的热力学性质及输运特性分析,表明混合工质的环评数据、热力学性能具有替代R410A工质的可行性,R1234ze中混入R32相比于纯R1234ze在循环性能上、导热性能有所提升。在此基础上搭建了热泵热水机组测试试验台。试验结果表明:在各对应工况下,混合工质的制热量均比R410A高且排气压力均比R410A低;随着测试环境温度的降低,虽然各工质的COP都呈现下降趋势,但混合工质机组的COP均高于R410A机组的COP且相差幅度增大。In this paper the running performance of the air source heat pump water heater using two proportions of R1234ze/R32 refrigerant mixture and using R410A was mainly researched under different working conditions.First,the NIST software was used to analyze the thermodynamic properties and transport and storage characteristics of the refrigerant mixture and pure refrigerant.The results show that the environment assessment data and thermodynamic performance of the refrigerant mixture has the feasibility of replacing the R410A refrigerant.When the R1234ze was mixed with R32,both the cycle performance and the thermal conductivity were improved somewhat compared to the pure R1234ze.On this basis,a test bench was built for the heat pump hot water chiller.The test results show that the heating capacity of the refrigerant mixture was all higher than that of R410A and the discharge pressure was lower than that of R410A under the corresponding working conditions.Although the COP value of the refrigerant decreased with the drop of the test ambient temperature,the COP values of the refrigerant mixture chiller were all higher than the COP value of R410A chiller and the phase difference increased.
