摘　　要：渔民专业合作社是合作社制度在渔业产业化进程中的具体实践形式。发展渔民专业合作社是培育新型渔业经营主体、创新渔业经营体制的重要手段,各地区在指导和鼓励渔民专业合作社发展方面进行了实际规定和探索,但具体执行情况千差万别。通过对沿海和内陆多个省份的实地调研和典型访谈,总结了当前中国渔民专业合作社的发展现状和实践特征,分析了3种常见渔民专业合作社类型及案例,并指出了渔业专业合作社政策制定应着力解决的重点和关键环节。The fishermen's professional cooperative is the concrete practice form of the cooperative system in the process of fishery industrialization.The development of fishermen’s professional cooperatives is an important way to cultivate new fishery operators and innovate fishery management system.Various regions have actually stipulated and explored the development of fishermen’s professional cooperatives in different areas,but the implementation is quite different.Through the investigation and typical interviews of the coastal and inland provinces,summarize the current development status and practice characteristics of fishermen cooperatives in China,analysis of three kinds of common fishermen cooperatives types and cases,and points out the important and key link to solve of future fishery cooperatives policy supply.
