摘 要:外啮合齿轮泵是液压系统中应用最广泛的动力源,具有良好的性能和较低的制造成本。基于SimulationX软件构建了考虑流量压力脉动的齿轮泵模型,基于泵的可变孔口、可变容积及间隙区域(均为角位移的函数)建立了流体动态模型。仿真获取了典型工况流量及压力的变化结果,并与实验数据进行了时域和频域的对比分析,对外啮合齿轮泵的输出特性预测方法进行研究。结果表明,仿真结果可以预测齿间容腔内达到的最大和最小压力,有助于防止气蚀以及减少泵噪声的研究;同时,在给定系统条件时,能够对泵的输出特性进行模拟预测。为外部齿轮泵的设计和开发提供工具,具有一定的工程领域应用价值。An external gear pump is the most widely used power source in hydraulic system,and it has good performance and low manufacturing cost.Firstly,a gear pump model considering flow and pressure fluctuations is built based on the software SimulationX.A fluid dynamic model of pump is built based on a variable orifice,volume and clearance area as an angular displacement function.The results of variable flow and pressure under typical working conditions are obtained and compared with experimental data in time domain and frequency domain,and a prediction method of output characteristics of external gear pumps is studied.The results show that the maximum and the minimum pressures can be easily predicted to prevent cavitation and reduce pump noise;at the same time,the output characteristics of the pump can be simulated and predicted under given system conditions.Therefore,it provides a powerful tool for design and development of external gear pump,and has certain engineering application value.
