摘 要:因变量泵具有良好的节能和高精度控制特性,成为深海探测中重要的液压动力源。现有深海液压源多借助高压模拟舱内反复试验来定型,存在耗时多、研制成本高等问题。提出一种深水环境适应性变量泵,采用环境自适应性检测方法和控制原理以满足深海工况要求。基于变深环境和油液介质模型,分析了该泵的控制特性及稳定性。结果表明,泵的相对出油压力和输出流量与各自的输入控制信号成比例关系,并不受水深环境的影响,同时指出控制系统的幅值裕度和相位裕度随水深增加而增加,且浅深下0~1000 m更为显著。高压模拟舱下的测试结果与前述理论分析结果相吻合。Variable pumps are important hydraulic power units(HPUs)for deep-ocean exploitation due to good energy-saving property and high precision.Existing HPUs are normally developed by trial and error in imitating chamber,and this is time-consuming and expensive.We propose an ocean-depth self-adapted variable pump using a self-adaptive pressure sensing scheme and control principles to meet deep-sea working conditions.On the basis of ocean environment and hydraulic medium models,control characteristics and stabilities of this pump are analyzed,which displays that relative discharge pressure and output flow are proportional to their respective input control signals,and are not affected by oceanic environment.The gain margin and phase margin of control systems all increase with the increase of water depth,and grow more dramatically in the shallow deep from 0 to 1000 m.The pump's testing in imitating chamber is done,whose results are well agreed with theoretical results.This works pave the way for development of high-performance HUPS in deep-ocean.
