摘 要:针对故障树分析(FTA)中建树过程的痛点,从建立系统模型和连接关系及复杂结构数据库的角度,提出以Simulink建模的方式,设计GUI通过拖拽形成系统可靠性模型,计算机在人为指定顶事件后根据系统模型及连接关系自动生成故障树。根据建立的可靠性模型采用蒙特卡罗法仿真分析,开展台架试验验证模型和建树结果的正确性的实验。提高了故障树分析的效率,为发现系统可靠性设计的缺陷、系统设计改变对可靠性的影响提供了依据。Focus on the key point building process in fault tree analysis,from the point of view of establishing system model,connection relation and complex structure database,we propose a method of modeling with Simulink,and a system reliability model is formed through dragging by designed GUI.A computer automatically generates a fault tree according to the system model and the connection relation after a top event is specified.According to the established reliability model,the Monte Carlo simulation is carried out,and the correctness of model and constructed fault tree is verified by a bench test.The efficiency of fault tree analysis is improved,and this analysis provides a basis for finding defects of system reliability design and influence of system design changes on reliability.
