摘　　要：在总结广东40年来以开放促改革的发展实践中,本文提出了两部门三层次渐进开放观点,试图搞清楚以开放促改革的微观机制与动态联系。通过分析,本文找出了以开放促改革的内在机理,这有助于从理论上理解以开放促改革的逻辑,对新时期进一步改革开放有一定作用。By examining the practice of reform and opening-up in Guangdong,this article proposes a viewpoint of“two sectors,three levels,and progressive opening-up”and intends to clarify the micro-mechanism and dynamic connection of“promoting reform through opening-up.”Through analysis,this article outlines the internal mechanism of“promoting reform through opening-up,”which helps to understand the logic of“promoting reform through opening-up”via a theoretical lens and further promote reform and opening-up in the new era.
