摘　　要：针对特种轴承外圈滚道局部冷酸洗检验的要求,采用槽式冷酸洗检验滚道表面缺陷,设计了局部酸洗防护装置,解决了特种轴承外圈滚道面局部冷酸洗的问题,实现了滚道表面进行酸洗检验的同时外齿面部位不被酸液腐蚀,满足了产品和客户的要求。According to requirements for local cold pickling inspection of outer ring raceway of special bearings,the bath cold pickling is adopted to check defects on raceway surface.The local pickling protective device is designed without acid solution corrosion on the outer tooth face of outer rings,and the requirements of products and customers are met.
