摘　　要：对冲压筐形保持架皱折现象进行分析,从材料、成形模具及模具设计方法角度提出改进措施,现场生产跟踪表明,解决方法非常适用于保持架生产,有效解决了保持架端部皱折问题。The wrinkle phenomenon of stamped cages is analyzed,and the improvement measures are proposed from the materials,forming molds and design methods for molds.The on-site production tracking shows that the solutions are very practical for production of cages.The problem for fold at the end of cages is solved effectively.
