摘 要:在油气润滑试验台上对YQR170油气润滑电主轴的轴承单元进行了试验研究,分析了供油量、转速和轴向预紧力对轴承温升的影响,确定了不同工况下合理的油气参数。使用ANSYS Fluent对轴承室内部流场区域的气流速度分布和油滴分布进行了仿真。试验和仿真结果表明:随着供油量的增加,轴承温升呈先降低后升高的趋势;在相同供油量下,轴承的温升随转速、预紧力的增大而升高;轴承单元内有2套轴承时,靠近加载端的轴承温升更高。The bearing units of oil-air lubrication motorized spindle YQR170 are studied experimentally on oil-air lubrication test rig.The oil supply amount,rotational speed and axial pretightening force on temperature rise of bearings are analyzed,and the reasonable oil-air parameters are determined under different operating conditions.The distributions of airflow velocity and oil droplet of internal flow field in bearing chamber are simulated by using ANSYS Fluent.The experimental and simulation results show that the temperature rise of bearings decreases at first and then increases with increased oil supply amount.The temperature rise of bearings increases with increased rotational speed and pretightening force under same oil supply amount.The temperature rise of bearing near loading terminal is higher when two bearings are installed in bearing units.
