摘 要:为了求解电机在额定空气流量下的风压值、完成优化冷却风机的选型,分别使用等效风路法和数值计算法计算了电机风压,结果发现两种方法计算精度相近。在此基础上,利用等效风路法推导出定子铁芯背部通风面积与电机风压降的关系式,结果表明:对于某型大容量空冷感应电动机,定子铁芯背部通风面积大于某值后,继续增加通风面积对降低电机风压作用不明显,反而会导致进入定转子径向通风沟的冷却空气流量减少,影响电机的冷却效果。In order to obtain the wind pressure value of the motor under the rated air flow and optimize the cooling fan selection,the equivalent wind method and the numerical calculation method are used to calculate the wind pressure of motor separately.The results show that the two methods have similar precision.On this basis,the relationship between stator core back ventilation area and motor pressure drop are derived by using equivalent circuit method.The results show that for a certain type of large capacity air-cooled induction motor,when the stator core back ventilation area is larger than a certain value,the reduction of motor wind pressure is not obvious by keeping increasing the ventilation area.On the contrary,the cooling air flow in the stator and rotor radial ventilation groove will be reduced,and the cooling effect of the motor will be affected.
