摘  要:为了深入研究水雾对丙烷气体火焰的冷却压制效果,构建了水雾对丙烷气体火焰的冷却压制平台,并对无水雾作用和有水雾作用下火焰燃烧区域附近温度进行了对比研究,结果表明:丙烷气体燃烧过程没有燃烧初级阶段,直接进入全面燃烧阶段;丙烷等气体燃烧极易出现顶棚射流现象,而地面附近处温度相对较低,同时丙烷气体火焰扑救困难,水雾只有100%隔离空气才可将气体火灾控制住。研究还发现,水雾具有良好的气体火焰冷却功能,但其产生的水蒸气对人员安全构成严重威胁。鉴于此,给出了丙烷等气体火灾扑救工作中需要注意的若干问题。For an in-depth research of the suppression effect of water-mist cooling down propane flame,an experimental platform is constructed so as to detect temperatures around the flame area for comparative studies of the effects with and without water mist.The research reveals that propane gas combustion undergoes no primary stage but comes directly to the extent of full combustion,that propane gas diffuses severely to the ceiling while the temperature is relatively low near the floor,and that the propane flame is so difficult to extinguish that only in complete air isolation can the gas fire be controlled.Also found out in the research is the ideal cooling effect of the water mist in contrast with its serious threat to human safety which is posed by the consequent steam produced in the process.In view of the above,a number of precautions are proposed concerning fire fighting against propane and other gas flames.
