摘　　要：随着风电在电网中的比重日益增大,需要系统提供更多的旋转备用应对风电出力的不确定性,保障电力系统安全运行。本文针对风电并网造成的机组备用水平过高问题,将博弈的思想引入到需求侧响应,通过构建需求侧竞价响应模型,建立需求侧竞价提供备用容量的交易机制,激励直接型需求响应(Direct Demand Respond,DDR)对系统备用需求请求做出快速响应,以降低机组的备用容量率,提高电力系统运行的经济性。需求响应具有提供"虚拟电量"和"虚拟容量"的双重功能,通过对电价型需求响应和激励型需求响应的机理分析,结合博弈的方法,提出一种可以参与辅助服务市场备用容量交易的DDR的完全信息静态博弈交易模型,激励DDR向系统快速提供备用。最后本文以系统调度费用最小为目标,采用一种改进的粒子群优化算法对6机系统进行仿真,结果验证了本模型可以有效降低机组备用容量率和系统运行成本。With the increasing proportion of wind power in the power grid,the unit needs to provide more and more rotating standby to deal with the uncertainty of wind power,and ensure the safety of power system operation.In this paper,the problem of high reserve level of the unit caused by wind power grid connection is analyzed,the game theory is introduced into the demand side response,the direct demand response bids to participate in power system economic dispatch,which can encourage direct demand response to provide spare capacity at all stages.The Demand response has dual functions of providing"virtual power"and"virtual capacity",through the analysis of PSDR and IBDR response mechanism,combined with the game theory,a fully information static game trading model of DDR is proposed.Finally,this paper aims to minimize the system scheduling cost,an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is adopted to simulate the 6 Machine System,the results show that the proposed model can effectively reduce the proportion of the standby rotation of the unit and the operation cost.
