摘 要:选取变质程度和全硫含量相近的山西灵石炼焦煤(LS煤)和新西兰炼焦煤(NXL煤)及其脱矿物质煤作为研究对象,用TG-MS-FTIR联用技术研究原煤及其脱矿物质煤热解过程中硫的逸出特性.结果表明:LS煤热解过程中H_2S的逸出温度明显低于NXL煤热解过程中H_2S的逸出温度,两种原煤热解过程中H_2S的逸出曲线峰形相似,H_2S逸出终温相近.H_2S的逸出与H_2和CH_4的逸出密切相关,说明含氢自由基与含硫自由基的结合促进H_2S的逸出.原煤和脱矿物质煤热解过程中H_2S逸出起始温度基本重合,但是脱矿物质后H_2S逸出终温有所提高,说明煤中原有的矿物质可以使H_2S更快逸出;另外,脱矿物质后热解H_2S逸出强度反而比原煤热解H_2S逸出强度低,说明脱矿物质过程中脱除了一部分有机硫.TG-MS-FTIR was used to study the pyrolysis characteristics and evolution characteristics of sulfur-containing species of Lingshi coking coal(LS coal),New Zealand coking coal(NXL coal)and their demineralized samples,which have similar metamorphic grade and total sulfur content.The results show that the evolution temperature of H 2S during the pyrolysis of LS coal is significantly lower than that during the pyrolysis of NXL coal.The evolution peak shape and the final temperature of H 2S are similar between the pyrolysis of two kinds of coals.The escape of H 2S is closely related to the escape of H 2 and CH 4,indicating that the combination of hydrogen free radicals and sulfur free radicals promotes the escape of H 2S.The initial temperature of evolution of H 2S is similar and the final temperature has greater difference between the pyrolysis of raw coals and their demineralized coals,which indicates that the inherent minerals in coal can promote sulfurous gas evolution.The H 2S evolution peak intensity during the pyrolysis of demineralized coals is lower than that during the pyrolysis of raw coals,which shows that partial organic sulfur is removed during the process of ash removal.
