摘 要:为考察离子液体对不同变质程度煤氧化特性的影响,从经济性和适用性方面考虑,选用低质量分数(5%)的[BMIM][BF4]及褐煤、1/3焦煤和无烟煤三种煤样进行程序升温实验,研究低质量分数的离子液体对不同变质程度煤自燃的抑制作用,并分析离子液体处理后三种煤样升温过程中的耗氧速率、CO和CO_2的产生速率及阻化率的变化趋势.结果表明:离子液体处理煤在程序升温实验过程中的耗氧速率及CO和CO_2的产生速率相较于原煤的耗氧速率及CO和CO_2的产生速率都有一定幅度的降低,即离子液体对煤氧复合有一定的抑制作用;离子液体对不同变质程度煤的氧化复合作用抑制效果表现为褐煤>1/3焦煤>无烟煤,即随着煤变质程度的升高,离子液体对煤氧化的抑制效果减弱;对煤氧复合作用的阻化效果随着温度的改变而变化,低变质程度煤在70℃~140℃阻化效果较好,高变质程度煤在30℃~100℃阻化效果较好.To investigate the effect of ionic liquid(IL)on the oxidation properties of coals with different metamorphic levels,the low mass fraction(5%)1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate was selected for program temperature-raising test of three coal samples of lignite,1/3 coking coal and anthracite,in consideration of the economics and applicability.The oxygen consumption rate,CO and CO 2 generation rate and inhibiting effect of three coal samples after IL treatment were analyzed.The results show that the oxygen consumption rate,CO and CO 2 generation rate of the IL treated coal have a certain degree of reduction compared with that of the raw coal.Namely,IL has a certain inhibiting effect on the coal-oxygen compound reaction;the order of the inhibiting effect is lignite>1/3 coking coal>anthracite.As the metamorphic levels of coal increases,the inhibiting effect of IL on coal oxidation decreases;the better inhibiting effect for the low metamorphic levels of coal is at 70℃-140℃,but for the high metamorphic levels of coal at 30℃-100℃.
