摘　　要：该文阐述了聚氯乙烯的生产工艺流程,在确定聚氯乙烯的生产工艺流程的基础上,进行了基于PCS7聚氯乙烯的工业反应系统的设计开发。使用西门子公司生产的S7-400PLC作为整个工业连续过程控制系统的硬件,控制软件为SIMITIC PCS7。被控对象SMPT-1000是将全数字仿真技术与实物结合的最新一代高级多功能过程控制实训系统,它可实现多种工艺的仿真过程。此系统的运行效果表明,设计的控制方案合理,控制系统有效、安全、可行。The production process of PVC was described in this paper.On the basis of determining the production process of PVC,the design and development of industrial reaction system based on PCS7 PVC was carried out.The S7-400PLC produced by SIEMENS is used as the hardware of the whole industrial continuous process control system,and the control software is SIMITIC PCS7.The controlled object SMPT-1000 is the latest generation of advanced multi-function process control training system which combines all digital simulation technology with the object.It can realize the simulation process of various processes.The operation results of the control system show that the control system’s operation results show that the control scheme is reasonable and the control system is effective,safe and feasible.
