摘  要:优溶渣中富含铀和钍,研究了从优溶渣中硫酸浸出铀的影响因素。试验结果表明:优溶渣中的氯主要以氯化稀土形式存在,可以洗涤去除;除浸出酸度外,浸出时间、温度、液固比等因素对铀的浸出率影响不大;铀钍同步浸出,浸出率分别达到90%和95%;浸出渣中未被浸出的铀主要以类质同象形式存在于独居石和锆石中。Residual slag of processed monazite is rich in uranium and thorium.The influence factors of sulfuric acid leaching of uranium from residual slag of monazire were studied.The results show that the chlorine in the residual slag is mainly in the form of chlorinated rare earth and can be removed by washing.The leaching time,temperature and liquid to solid ratio are not important when the residual acid in leaching solution is enough high.Uranium and thorium are simultaneously leached out and the leaching rates are 90%and 95%respectively.The residual uranium is mainly stored in monazite and zircon in the form of isomorphism.
