摘 要:针对胺萃取提铀流程单级反萃取技术,开展了时间、反萃取液铀质量浓度、硫酸根质量浓度、pH等影响因素研究,试验表明影响单级反萃取效果的主要因素是pH。研究探讨了pH过高反萃取效果差的原因,并进行了机制分析。台架验证试验表明:pH控制在合适的范围后,单级反萃取可以获得很好的效果,贫有机相铀质量浓度平均值为0.03g/L。For single-stage stripping technology of amine extraction process for uranium,influence factors such as time,uranium concentration of stripping solution,sulfate concentration and pH are carried out.The experimental results indicate that pH is the main factor that affects the single-stage stripping efficiency.Reasons for the poor stripping efficiency is explored when pH is too high,and the mechanism is analyzed too.Verification test is conducted,the results show that pH at appropriate range could make a good single-stage stripping result,and the average uranium concentration in lean organic phase is 0.03 g/L.
