摘  要:将印染行业的节能、节水、节染料等问题向上延伸至上游的纤维结构与性能。经过化学结构设计,生产了新型分散染料常压染色聚酯(NEDDP)及新型阳离子染料常压染色聚酯(NECDP)。合理降低了聚酯的玻璃化转变温度和结晶温度,具有良好的纤维成型加工性能和良好的物理机械性能;纤维在90~100℃条件下可深染,染色牢度良好。与常规涤纶高温染色相比,节约能耗35%以上,缩短染色时间25%。其中,NECDP纤维上染率达到99.5%,有效提高了染料利用率,节约了染料用量。在保证深染黑色的同时,染后残液澄清,经循环再利用染色5次,上染率98%左右,K/S值不变,色牢度优良,极大地节约了染色过程用水量。The energy-saving,water-saving and dye-saving problems in the printing and dyeing industry can be traced tothe structure and properties of upstream fiber.New disperse dyeable polyester(NEDDP)and new disperse cationic dyeable polyester(NECDP)were produced through the design of chemical structure.The glass transition temperature and crystallization temperature of polyester were reasonably reduced.The fibers possessed good processing properties and good physical and mechanical properties.The fibers can be dyed deeply at 90~100℃with good dyeing fastness.Compared with conventional polyester dyeing at high temperature,the reduction of energy consumption was over 35%and the dyeing time was shortened by 25%.The dyeing rate of NECDP fiber reached 99.5%,which effectively improved the utilization rate of dyes and saved the consumption of dyes.The dyeing residue was clarified after dyeing,and the dyeing rate was about 98%after recycling for five times.Meanwhile,the K/S value was unchanged,the color fastness was excellent,and the water consumption in dyeing process was greatly saved.
