摘  要:采用非离子表面活性剂PEG 6000协同染料活性红SHF-GD对大麻纤维进行染色处理,通过正交实验对染色后大麻纤维吸尽率和固色率的测定,从而确定出最佳染色工艺条件为:在染色时间为80 min的前提下,添加染料及元明粉时的温度为45℃,加入无水碳酸钠时温度为65℃,元明粉的用量为55 g/L,无水碳酸钠的用量为25 g/L,非离子表面活性剂PEG 6000的用量为0.1 g/g干底物。染色后大麻纤维的匀染、透染性均较好,没有出现染色不均的现象。The non-ionic surfactant PEG 6000 was used to dye hemp fiber cooperated with the reactive red dye SHFGD.The exhaustion rate and fixation rate of hemp fiber after dyeing were measured by orthogonal experiment to obtain the optimum dyeing parameters:the addition dye and Na2SO4 temperature is 45℃while that of anhydrous sodium carbonate is 65℃on the premise of dyeing time of 80 min,the dosage of Na2SO4 is 55 g/L,anhydrous sodium carbonate is 25 g/L and PEG6000 is 0.1 g/(g dry substrate).After dyeing,hemp fiber possesses good levelness and permeability,and there is no uneven dyeing.
