南通沿江地区生态优先发展路径研究

摘　　要：党的十九大报告提出"以共抓大保护、不搞大开发为导向推进长江经济带发展"。南通沿江地区要在长江经济带"生态优先、绿色发展"理念指引下,紧紧围绕打造"四带共融"沿江生态带、建设生态保育观光核心区、创立高端科技创新基地、构建高效现代农业示范基地、培育生态特色城镇先导区和构筑对接服务上海承接地等方面,积极助推长江经济带绿色协同发展,呼应扬子江绿色城市群的发展要求。The report of the 19th CPC National Congress pointed out that“we should propel the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt directed by coordinated general protection instead of colossus development.”Guided by the concept of“ecological priority and green development”in the Yangtze River economic belt,Nantong should closely focus on the establishment of the ecological belt along the Yangtze River with“Communion of Four Belts”,the construction of core areas with ecological conservation and sightseeing,the creation of high-end scientific and technological innovation bases,the construction of efficient modern agricultural demonstration bases,the cultivation of ecological characteristic pilot region of characteristic towns and the construction of docking service to Shanghai,actively promoting the coordinated green development of the Yangtze River economic belt,and echoing the development requirements of the green urban agglomeration of the Yangtze River.
