摘  要:以苯甲醇作稀释剂、聚醚胺作固化剂,制备环氧水晶胶,并考察苯甲醇质量分数、操作温度和固化条件等因素对浇注料性能和制品硬度的影响。结果表明,在实验范围内,随苯甲醇质量分数增加,浇注料的初始黏度降低,黏度增长速率加快,凝胶时间缩短,制品硬度及其增长速率降低;随操作温度的提高,浇注料的初始黏度降低,可操作时间缩短。当苯甲醇的质量分数为20%时,40℃下浇注料的可操作时间为55 min,经60℃/3 h或25℃/4 d固化,制品的邵氏D型硬度均达到74。In this paper,epoxy crystal glue was prepared by using benzyl alcohol as diluent and polyether amine as hardener.The influence of benzyl alcohol mass fraction,operating temperature and curing condition on the performance of the castable and the hardness of the product were investigated.The results showed that in a certain range with the increase of benzyl alcohol mass fraction,the initial viscosity of the castable decreased;the viscosity growth increased;the gel time was shortened;and the hardness of the product and its growth rate were reduced.Increasing the operating temperature also reduced the initial viscosity of the castable as well as the operating time.When benzyl alcohol mass fraction was 20%,the operating time of the castable at 40℃was 55 min.After curing at 60℃for 3 h or 20℃for 4 d,the shore D hardness of the products all reached 74.
