摘　　要：目的探讨傅青主保产无忧方对轻微头盆不称初产妇产程的影响。方法分析2014年3月～2016年9月在福建中医药大学附属厦门中医院经阴道分娩的254例轻微头盆不称的初产妇资料,按是否在出现临产先兆时开始服用傅青主保产无忧方熬制的中药,分为中药组(147例)和对照组(107例),比较两组各产程时限及产程干预措施的使用情况。结果中药组的第一产程、第二产程、第三产程、总产程时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中药组产程中使用催产素、人工破膜和手转胎头的使用比例低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论服用傅青主保产无忧方中药可加速宫口的扩张和胎儿下降,减少产程干预,缩短产程时间。Objective To investigate the influence of Fuqingzhu′s Baochanwuyoufang on the duration of labor of mild cephalopelvic disproportion primipara.Methods From March 2014 to September 2016,the clinical data of 254 primipara with mild cephalopelvic disproportion underwent vaginal delivery in Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were analyzed.According to whether to start taking the traditional Chinese medicine made by Fuqingzhu′s Baochanwuyoufang at the time of threatening labor,they were divided into the traditional Chinese medicine group(147 cases)and the control group(107 cases).The time of the stages of labor and the use of labor intervention measures between the two groups were analysed.Results In the traditional Chinese medicine group,the duration of the first stage,the second stage,the third stage and the total stage of the traditional Chinese medicine group were statisticly shorter than those of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The propotions of using oxytocin,artificial rupture of membranes and bare-handed rectifying abnormal fetal head position in the traditional Chinese medicine group were lower than those in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking Fuqingzhu′s Baochanwuyoufang orally can accelerate cervical dilatation and the fetal descent,decrease the adoption of labour interventions,and can shorten the duration of labor.
