舒适护理在消化性溃疡出血患者护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在微泵持续注射奥曲肽治疗消化性溃疡出血中的应用效果及护理满意度调查。方法选取2016年9月～2017年9月在我院就诊并治疗的消化性溃疡出血患者100例作为研究对象。所有患者均行微泵持续注射奥曲肽治疗,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组实施常规消化科护理干预,观察组则实施舒适护理干预。比较两组的治疗效果、出血及止血情况、平均住院时间及护理满意度情况。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组平均出血次数少于对照组,止血时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对消化性溃疡出血行微泵治疗患者采取舒适护理可明显改善患者治疗效果,有效减轻出血,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing in peptic ulcer bleeding patients treating by micropump.Methods A total of 100 cases with peptic ulcer bleeding treated in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were selected as the research object,they were all treated with randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.All patients were treated with continuous infusion of microinjector of octreotide.Patients in the control group were nursed by traditional nursing method,while patients in the observation group were given the comfortable nursing method.The curative effect,bleeding and hemostasis of the two groups,the average length of hospitalization and the nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average bleeding times,hemostasis time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with peptic ulcer hemorrhage with micropump can significantly improve the treatment effect,reduce bleeding effectively,improve nursing satisfaction,and deserve clinical promotion.
