个案化护理管理联合延续性护理对乳腺癌癌性疲乏及生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨个案化护理管理联合延续性护理对乳腺癌癌性疲乏及生存质量的影响。方法选择2017年1月～2018年5月我院收治的乳腺癌患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组实施出院后延续性护理,观察组实施个案化护理管理结合延续性护理干预,在干预后2周对患者相关情况进行评定,比较干预后两组癌性疲乏量表(PFS)评分变化,分析干预前后两组的睡眠质量情况及两组干预前后生存质量评分标准(KPS)。结果干预后观察组PFS评分中各单项得分以及总分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),干预后观察组睡眠质量以匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分低于干预后对照组(P<0.05),干预后观察组KPS评分高于干预后对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个案化护理干预结合延续性护理干预,能降低乳腺癌患者治疗中PFS评分,改善患者睡眠质量及生存质量。Objective To explore the effect of case-based nursing combined with continuous nursing on breast cancer fatigue and life quality.Methods A total of 80 cases with breast cancer in our hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to rondom number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was given continuous nursing after discharge.The observation group was implemented case-based nursing management combined with the continuous nursing intervention,all were related situation was evaluated 2 weeks,and the changes of the piper cancer fatigue(PFS)scores after the intervention were compared,the sleep quality of all the participants before and after the intervention were analyzed.The life quality of KPS before and after intervention were compared.Results After intervention,the scores and total scores of the PFS in the observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the sleep quality in the observation group was lower than post-intervention control group(P<0.05),the KPS life quality score in the observation group was higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Case-based nursing intervention combined with continuous nursing intervention can reduce the cancer fatigue index during breast cancer,so it can improve the sleep quality and life quality.
