摘 要:以内蒙古巴彦淖尔地区石墨矿石为原料,针对其固定碳含量低,石墨嵌布粒度较细,各矿区石墨固定碳含量相差大的特点,对该地区的矿石进行工艺矿物学和选矿试验研究。在粗选条件试验基础上,进行开路试验和闭路试验。最终,原矿经选别富集后取得精矿固定碳含量94. 97%,回收率94. 80%的工艺指标。With the graphite ore in Bayan Nur of Inner Mongolia as raw material,due to the features of the low fixed carbon content and small size of disseminated granularity as well as the large difference in the fixed carbon content of graphite in each mining area,the process on mineralogy and the experimental researches on beneficiation were carried out.Based on the roughing condition experiments,open-circuit tests and closed-circuit tests were conducted.After the ore was selected and enriched,the result showed that the final concentrate with fixed carbon content of 94.97%and recovery of 94.80%was gained.
