摘  要:采用正交试验确定了陶瓷抛光砖粉改性沥青的最佳制备工艺参数,测试了改性沥青的性能并对其结构进行表征。研究结果表明:剪切速率和加粉后剪切时间对改性沥青性能影响最大,制备温度影响次之,预剪切时间影响程度最小;陶瓷抛光砖粉改性沥青的最佳制备工艺参数为制备温度145℃、剪切速率4000 r/min、预剪切时间15 min、加粉后剪切时间60 min;与基质沥青相比,在此条件下制备的改性沥青其针入度、延度减小,软化点提高,温度敏感性降低,高温稳定性增强。AFM、FTIR测试表明,陶瓷抛光砖粉能均匀分散于基质沥青中,两者之间存在微弱的化学作用,但主要通过物理共混达到改性效果。The optimum preparation parameters of ceramic polishing powder modified asphalt were determined by orthogonal test,the main technical properties of modified asphalt were tested,and the structure of the modified asphalt was characterized.The result shows that compared with matrix asphalt,in the condition of temperature of 145℃,shearing rate of 4000 r/min,preshearing time of 15 min,shearing time of 60 min after adding the powder,ceramic polishing powder has lower penetration and ductility,decrease,higher softening point,lower temperature sensitivity,higher anti-shear deformation ability and better high-temperature stability.AFM and FTIR analysis show that ceramic polishing powder can be dispersed evenly in matrix asphalt,the modified effect are achieved mainly by physical blending of the two substances,but there is also weak chemical reaction to be presented.
