摘 要:采用熔融-晶化法在Zn O-Al_2O_3-Si O_2系玻璃陶瓷的基础上,用Ge O_2取代部分Si O_2成功制备出Er^(3+)/Yb^(3+)共掺Zn O-Al_2O_3-Ge O_2-Si O_2系玻璃陶瓷,并通过对样品的硬度及上转换荧光测试分析确定了Ge O_2的最佳取代量为7.5wt%。研究发现在980 nm波长光的激发下,样品产生了绿色(524 nm、546 nm)和红色(659 nm)上转换发光,且当Er^(3+)/Yb^(3+)掺杂比为2.5∶6.5时样品上转换荧光强度最强。The Er 3+/Yb 3+co-doped ZnO-Al 2O 3-GeO 2-SiO 2 glass ceramics were successfully prepared by melt-crystallization technique on the basis of ZnO-Al 2O 3-SiO 2 glass ceramics and GeO 2 instead of SiO 2.Subsequently,the influence of GeO 2 instead of SiO 2 on the hardness and up-conversion luminescence properties of glass ceramic samples is discussed here.Ultimately,when the quantity of GeO 2 instead of SiO 2 was 7.5wt%,comprehensive performance of the glass ceramic samples were optimum.Under the 980 nm pump light excitation,a green emission(524 nm,546 nm)and a red emission(659 nm)are observed.The effect of different doped ratios of Er 3+/Yb 3+on the up-conversion luminescence of samples was studied.The experimental results indicated that the luminescence intensity reaches a maximum when the doped ratios of Er 3+/Yb 3+is 2.5∶6.5.
