摘  要:以深圳市东丽华科技有限公司的GK6玻璃作为锂铝硅玻璃素片,采用不同配比的Na NO_3和KNO_3高钾低钠盐浴进行单步法二元离子交换实现复合压应力,并与传统二步法离子交换进行对比。利用光波导应力仪和散射光应力仪、二次离子质谱仪、中心落球与四点弯曲,分析强化玻璃应力分布、钠-锂离子交换程度和机械强度。结果表明:单次离子交换样品具有较高CS,但是DOL_0偏小,机械强度较未强化样品有显著提高,但与二次离子交换样品仍有一倍左右的差距。The composite compressive stress was realized by one-step binary ion exchange in mixed salt bath which is high KNO 3 and low NaNO 3,and compared with the two-step ion exchange method.The stress distribution,Na+-Li+ion exchange and mechanical strength were analyzed by optical waveguide and scattered light stress meter,secondary ion mass spectrometer,central drop ball and four point bending.The results indicate that the sample by one-step binary ion exchange has a high CS,but the DOL_0 is smaller,and the mechanical strength is much higher than that of the unstrengthened sample,but compared with the two-step ion exchange sample there still is a one time difference.
