摘  要:钢铁企业烧结烟气温度较低且具有多污染物排放特点。活性炭是一种具有丰富孔隙结构和巨大比表面积的碳质吸附材料,且负载镍活性炭有较好的低温脱硫性能。为深入探究负载镍活性炭用于钢铁企业烧结烟气低温脱硫的可行性,本文以椰壳活性炭为研究对象,采用硝酸镍浸渍法制备载镍活性炭,并开展了催化剂脱硫和再生影响因素研究。研究表明:Ni负载量为1%时,催化剂具有最佳的脱硫能力; 60℃为1 Ni/AC催化剂的最佳脱硫反应温度;入口SO2质量分数为0. 1%~0. 3%和低空速有利于脱硫反应的进行。提升再生温度可提高1 Ni/AC再生率,但再生温度超过400℃后再生率基本维持恒定;初始再生速率与再生温度成正比;载气流量对再生率基本没有影响,只影响再生速度;再生次数的增加使1 Ni/AC硫容随之降低且质量损耗率逐渐增大。研究成果可为活性炭治理钢铁企业烧结烟气多污染物及失活活性炭再生提供借鉴。Low temperature and multi-pollutant emission are characteristics of sintering flue gas produced by iron and steel companies.Activated carbon(AC)is a porous carbonaceous sorbent of considerable specific surface area.Nickel(Ni)/AC has better characteristics of low-temperature desulfurization.In this study,AC prepared from coconut husk was used to investigate the usability of Ni/AC for low-temperature desulfurization of iron-steel sintering flue gas.The AC was modified using the nickel nitrate immersion method.The factors affecting desulfurization and regeneration using Ni/AC were studied via desulfurization and regeneration experiments.The Ni optimum load quantity was 1%,and the optimum reaction temperature for 1 Ni/NAC desulfurization was 60℃.A low airspeed and an SO 2 concentration between 0.1%and 0.3%were favorable to desulfurization.The regeneration ratio of Ni/AC increased with regeneration temperature and became constant when the temperature exceeded 400℃.The initial regeneration speed was proportional to increase in regeneration temperature.The carrier gas flux influenced regeneration speed but did not influence regeneration ratio.With increasing regeneration times,the sulfur capacity of Ni/AC gradually reduced and the mass rate of material loss gradually increased.These experimental findings can aid the simultaneous control of multiple pollutants for iron-steel sintering flue gas by employing modified AC and can supply theoretical support for the cyclic utilization of spent carbon.
