摘 要:以硅藻土为基材,玻璃粉作为胶结材料,抛光石粉、粉煤灰为掺和材料,采用焙烧工艺制备硅藻土基板材。研究掺合料、焙烧温度对复合硅藻土基板材性能的影响,确定制备硅藻土板材的最优原料比例和最佳工艺条件。试验研究结果表明在同一焙烧温度下,随着硅藻土比例的增加,硅藻基板材抗折强度减小,调湿性能增强,甲醛吸附量下降;在同一配比条件下,随着烧结温度的增大,复合硅藻基板材抗折强度先增大后减小,在825℃时强度达到最大值,调湿性能与甲醛吸附性能逐渐降低。Using diatomite as the base material,the glass powder as the cementing material,the polished stone powder and fly ash as the admixtures,and using the firing process to prepare the diatomite-based plate.Study on the effect of roasting admixture,temperature on the properties of composite diatomite-based plate,to determine the optimal ratio of raw material and optimum conditions when preparing the diatomite-based plate.Experimental results show that under the same temperature,with the increase of diatomite proportion,the flexural strength of diatomite-based plate decrease,while the humidity controlling performance improves,and formaldehyde adsorption capacity descends;Under the condition of the same proportion,with the increase of sintering temperature,the flexural strength of diatomite-based plate increase initially to the maximum at which the temperature is 825℃then decrease.At the same time,humidity controlling performance and formaldehyde adsorption capacity gradually decrease.
