摘　　要：本文运用波特钻石模型,深入剖析扬州互联网产业所处的竞争环境、产业竞争的关键因素。通过对影响扬州互联网产业竞争力的关键因素分析,明晰了其发展的思路和路径,提出了推动扬州互联网产业发展的对策措施。This paper uses Potter diamond model to deeply analyze the competitive environment and the key factors of industry competition in Yangzhou Internet industry,through the analysis of the competitiveness of the Internet industry in Yangzhou,the development ideas and objectives are clarified,and we put forward countermeasures for the development of Yangzhou's Internet industry.
