摘 要:目的对安徽省医疗机构预约诊疗服务及管理现状进行研究,探索优化预约诊疗服务内容、流程及管理的措施。方法 2017年10月从预约形式、预约内容、预约管理等方面对安徽省211家医疗机构进行问卷调查。结果安徽省医疗机构开展预约诊疗服务的比例为52.61%。开展预约诊疗的111家医疗机构中,三级、二级医疗机构分别占41.44%、58.56%。2017年1—10月门诊预约率为22.81%。结论预约诊疗服务需要政府、医方、患方紧密配合、通力协作,深入研究影响预约诊疗的各个要素,建立良好有序的就诊环境。Objective To study the management status and outpatient appointment services in medical institutions in Anhui Province,and to explore measures to further optimize the contents and processes of outpatient appointment.Methods In October 2017,111 medical institutions in Anhui Province were investigated in terms of the appointment form,the appointment content,the appointment management and so on.Results The proportion of medical institutions in Anhui Province to carry out outpatient appointment was 52.61%.Among 111 medical institutions in Anhui Province,the first-level and second-level medical institutions accounted for 41.44%and 58.56%,respectively.The appointment rate of medical institutions involves in the survey from Jan.to Oct.in 2017 was 22.81%.Conclusion Outpatient appoint?ment service needs the government,the hospital and the patient to keep close coordination and cooperation,to study the various elements of appointment deeply,and to establish an orderly medical environment.
