摘  要:PDCA循环、品管圈、现场管理、追踪方法学、根因性分析等管理工具已在很多医院管理中得到应用。将管理工具应用纳入科室目标考核、开展年度管理工具应用优秀案例评选、列入新员工入职培训必修课,经过不断探索与实践,在医疗质量、效率、安全等方面有明显改善。质量管理工具对构建医院质量体系,提升医疗质量,保障患者安全,营造全员关注质量与安全的氛围,发挥了积极作用。Management tools such as PDCA cycle,quality control circle,field management,tracing methodology and root cause analysis have been applied in many hospital management.In the hospital,the application of management tools is included in the examination of the objectives of the department,the application of outstanding cases in the annual management tools and the required courses for the training of new employees.After continuous practice,it has improved significantly in terms of medical quality,efficiency and safety.Quality management tools play a positive role in building hospital quality system,improving medical quality,ensuring patient safety and building a climate of quality and safety for all staff.
