摘 要:通过对学校体育硬环境和软环境的界定,着重分析学校体育环境与学生体质健康的关系。从学校体育环境与学生的身体形态、身体机能、身体素质之间的关系进行分析,发现学校体育环境不够完善,体育器材设备没有及时更新,学生实际锻炼效果不佳。因此,提出加强校园体育场所的建设,增加与更新现有的运动设施,同时加强学校的体育文化建设,丰富体育运动的形式,提升体育教师的素质,重视师生关系的构建等建议,从多个维度加强学校体育环境的建设。By defining hard environment and soft environment of physical education in schools,this paper focuses on the relationship between physical education environment and students'physical health.Based on the analysis of the relationship between school physical education environment and students'physical shape,function and physical fitness,it is found that the school physical education environment is not perfect,sports equipments are not updated in time,the actual exercise effect is not good.In view of the effective strengthening of school physical education environment to promote students'physical health,this paper proposes to strengthen the construction of campus sports venues,update existing sports facilities,strengthen the construction of school sports culture,enrich the form of sports,enhance the quality of teachers,and focus more on the building of teacher-student relationship.
