高新技术企业财务风险规避分析——以多氟多公司为例

摘　　要：高新技术企业在发展中会遇到融资、投资、运营和并购等方面的财务风险。企业要通过控制筹资风险、优化投资结构、制定合理的信用标准、控制并购财务风险、建立财务预警模型分析等相应途径规避财务风险,对解决高新技术企业转型发展中财务风险现象提供了新的证据。High-tech Enterprise is the new momentum of promoting the development of our market,but in the process of development,by the impact of macroeconomic policy,research and development,transformation and upgrading,will meet the financial risk such as financing,investment,operation and mergers and acquisitions.This paper takes the Do-Fluoride Chemicals Co.,ltd.as the research object,analyses the causes and effects of the financial risks,and puts forward the corresponding ways to avoid it.Which provide new evidence of solving the phenomenon of financial risk on high-tech Enterprises in the development of transformation,provide a good support to understand the improvement of financial activities of enterprises during the emerging plus transition economy period.
