转型形势下三位一体实践平台的建设与应用

摘　　要：应用型人才的培养已成为新建本科院校迫在眉睫的问题,本文以洛阳理工学院土木工程学院为例,探索了如何构建以校内实验室、校内实习基地、校外产学研合作基地为基础的三位一体实践平台,讨论了如何发挥三位一体实践平台在应用型人才培养过程中的作用并把三位一体实践平台应用在人才培养的过程中。The cultivation of practical talents has become an extremely urgent issue for newly built universities.By taking civil engineering school of LIT(Luoyang Institute of Science and Technology)as an example,this paper explored how to establish trinity practical platform on the basis of college laboratory,college practice training base and off-campus practice base of production,learning and research.And it also discussed how to make full use of the established platform to promote the cultivation of practical talents.The application practice in civil engineering major of LIT demonstrated that the platform played an important role and had a pretty good effect.
