摘  要:研究了高铁酸钾耦合聚丙烯酰胺对乙醇厌氧消化污泥脱水性能的影响。首先以污泥离心上清液浊度和离心沉降率为快速评价指标进行单因素实验,得出单因素影响脱水性能的最佳范围,然后以曲面响应优化法(RSM)为依据设计了2因素13组实验方案,通过实验数据,建立了污泥离心上清液浊度和离心沉降率二次多项预测模型,得到耦合的最佳处理参数。结果表明,高铁酸钾耦合聚丙烯酰胺的最佳处理值分别为1. 11 g/L和97. 01 mg/L,此时污泥离心上清液浊度和离心沉降率分别取得最优值247 NTU和29. 9%,验证实验表明:离心上清液浊度和离心沉降率分别取得最优值(247±4. 32) NTU和(29. 9±1. 45)%,与模型预测值基本吻合,此外,热重分析(TGDTG)和电镜分析(SEM)也表明污泥脱水性能得到改善,表明基于RSM所得的最佳工艺参数准确可靠,可用于污泥处理过程的参数优化。The effect of potassium ferrate coupling polyacrylamide on the dehydration performance of anaerobic alcohol digestion sludge was studied.First,the centrifugal settling ratio and the supernatant turbidity were taken as the rapid evaluation indexes,and single factor experiments were carried out to get the best range of the dewatering performance.Then,thirteen experimental arrangements containing two factors were drafted based on response surface methodology(RSM),two prediction models of supernatant turbidity and centrifugal sedimentation rate were established,and the best coupling parameters were obtained.The results show that the optimum value of potassium ferrate and polyacrylamide is 1.11 g/l and 97.01 mg/l,respectively,at this time,the sludge centrifugal supernatant turbidity and centrifugal sedimentation rate were the best values of 247 NTU和29.9%;Validation experiments show that the turbidity and centrifugal sedimentation rate were optimized(247±4.32)NTU and(29.9±1.45)%,which were consistent with the predicted values of the model.Moreover,the sludge dewatering was improved based on thermogravimetric(TG-DTG)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).It shows that the optimum process parameters based on RSM are accurate and reliable,and has a certain guiding significance for the optimization of sludge treatment conditions.
