摘 要:针对皮带输送机专用的陶瓷托辊加工过程中存在的加工难度高、耗时长、效率低、废品率较高等问题以及用户要求,设计Al2O3陶瓷托辊的磨削加工专用双磨头磨床,确定该磨床的整体结构及旋磨方案,计算磨削参数、磨削力与功率、旋转主轴功率,重点进行了双磨头结构设计、尾座主轴结构设计、床鞍结构设计、床身结构设计、控制磨削用量结构设计的分析。使用该专用磨床可一次磨削加工实现对陶瓷托辊的粗磨和精磨,同时保证托辊圆柱度、表面粗糙度及成品率,极大地提高了磨削加工效率。In view of the high difficulty,time consuming,low efficiency and high rejection rate existed in machining process of belt conveyor dedicated ceramic roller,a double grinding-head grinding machine for Al 2O 3 ceramic roller was designed.The overall structure and the grinding scheme of the grinder were determined.The grinding parameters,grinding force and power,rotating spindle power were calculated.The double grinding head structure design,tail-stock spindle mechanism design,bed saddle structure design,bed structure design,structure design for controlling the grinding amount were emphatically analyzed.Using the special grinding machine,ceramic roller coarse grinding and fine grinding can be achieved through a grinding process,while the roller cylinder degree,surface roughness,yield efficiency can be ensured,the grinding efficiency is improved greatly.
