摘  要:以轴流风机铝合金机壳为实例,针对薄壁机壳零件径向夹持时易变形的特点,详尽介绍了快速夹具夹紧式、气动弹性夹头夹紧式和楔紧块夹紧式车夹具各自的优良性能和应用价值。这类夹具的共性不仅有定位、夹紧可靠,装、拆工件方便、快捷,更使产品合格率和生产效率获得大幅提升,在微电机尤其是小型风机机壳或特型端盖等薄壁零件生产中具有一定的拓展应用意义。The axial flow fan aluminum alloy case was taken as an example.According to the easy deformation characteristics of the thin-walled shell parts in radial clamping,the excellent performance and application value of the rapid clamping fixture,the pneumatic clamping collet and the wedge clamping fixture were introduced in detail.The common features of these type fixtures are not only reliable positioning and clamping,easy to install and dismantle the workpiece,but also the pass-rate of production and production efficiency have been greatly improved.In the production of micro motor especially small fan casing or thin wall parts such as special end cover,they have a certain expanding application significance.
